CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE PLEDGE AS SUPPLIER TO COLLECTIVE I. T.
You agree to notify Jalex Collective IT:
1. If parts are no longer in your stock or service not available for our clients or installation dates which we have notified you of in writing/ e-mail/ etc.
2. If you are going to fail in meet a promised delivery date, and if so you will bear the cost of using a courier capable of getting the delivery to us in time (Including weekends). Or other supplier
3. If you are somehow out of stock of "any" or "all" items you will make every possible effort to make sure we are told as soon as possible, by e-mail, telephone, fax or 1st class post, so that we can cancel installations.
4. If the parts you are shipping us are different from our original quote, (models, brands, specification).
5. If the item/s we requested to do a specific function will not work as per our requests on contacting, for example a network card that is incompatible with the system requirements we asked for. i.e. Goods fit for Purpose.
